Tallahassee, FL –January 19, 2024 - Ring Power Corporation, the exclusive Caterpillar® equipment dealer for North and Central Florida, is pleased to announce the promotion of Charlie Usina to Vice President and Tallahassee Branch Manager, effective January 16, 2024. Charlie will oversee operations at the Tallahassee branch, replacing Ted Gerrell who recently retired after 45 years of dedicated service.

Charlie's career at Ring Power Cat spans over two decades, marked by consistent progress and dedication. Starting as a Sales Trainee in 1999, he quickly became the Heavy Equipment Product Support Sales Representative for the Tallahassee and Perry branches. His commitment to building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service earned him a promotion to Heavy Equipment Sales Representative in 2009 for the same territory. In 2014, his leadership qualities were recognized when he was appointed Sales Manager for Ring Power's Forestry Division. Charlie then returned to the Heavy Equipment Sales Division in 2017, where he honed his skills working alongside Ted Gerrell before assuming this leadership position.
