Yesterday, Feb. 15 Ring Power roared to life with the excitement of the 2024 ACE Mentor Program Trades Day! This annual event brings together eager high school students from across the region with local industry leaders, and this year, Ring Power was proud to be the host.
Our mission wasn't just to entertain - we aimed to ignite the spark of potential within each student. By showcasing cutting-edge equipment like The Rook Armored Critical Incident Vehicle and a fleet of powerful Cat® construction and earthmoving machines, we opened their eyes to the dynamic world of possibilities in the trades industry.
But it wasn't just about the machines! Throughout the day, our industry experts led interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities, giving students a taste of the diverse skills and knowledge required. Our team members were also on hand to share their own journeys, offering valuable insights and inspiration into the rewarding career paths within the trades.
