Leesburg Open House Showcases Equipment Solutions for Lake County Customers
After the official ribbon cutting in August, Ring Power’s Leesburg branch had its first opportunity to truly welcome customers inside. On Nov. 7, nearly 100 customers visited the facility for an open house designed to showcase everything this 77,000-square-foot branch has to offer — from expanded service capabilities to equipment, technology, and expert support — all under one roof.
For many customers, this was their first chance to see the branch in person. They explored the 20-bay service shop, normally buzzing with repairs and maintenance, now transformed into a hands-on demonstration space. Static displays of new and rental machines, parts and service stations, and vendor exhibits gave attendees the chance to get up close, ask questions, and learn how Ring Power can support them more efficiently on the job. Technicians and parts specialists were on hand throughout the day to walk customers through maintenance solutions, service offerings, and equipment capabilities.
Outside, the equipment yard featured a wide range of machines ready for hands-on exploration. SITECH North & Central Florida demonstrated cutting-edge technology solutions, showing customers how tools like machine control and fleet management can improve efficiency on the jobsite. Ring Power Tactical Solutions also brought The Rook, its armored critical incident vehicle, drawing steady crowds and highlighting the breadth of specialized capabilities available.
The event was more than just a tour. A catered lunch, raffle prizes, and Cat gear giveaways gave customers a chance to connect with the team and feel appreciated. During lunch, Leesburg Branch Service Manager Niels Akkerman and CEO David Alban spoke directly to customers, thanking them for their partnership and reinforcing that the Leesburg branch was built to be closer, faster, and more capable for the people who rely on Ring Power every day.
By the time the last tours wrapped up and final prizes were awarded, the message was clear: this branch is built for our customers. And on Nov. 7, they got to see firsthand how Ring Power is ready to support them with more solutions, more expertise, and a team committed to their success.
The event marked a proud moment for the Leesburg team, but more importantly, it showcased a facility designed with customers as its focus — and a future filled with opportunities to serve them even better.
