Ring Power was proud to once again host the 2025 ACE Mentor Program Trades Day on Feb. 20 at our St. Augustine facility. This annual event brings together high school students from across the region with local industry leaders, providing valuable exposure to careers in Engineering, Architecture, and Construction.
Throughout the day, our industry experts conducted interactive demonstrations and facilitated hands-on activities, giving students practical experience with the diverse skills required in these fields. Students had the opportunity to engage directly with tools and equipment while networking with professionals and experts from multiple industries.
The event wasn't just about technical skills—our team members shared their personal career journeys, offering students valuable insights and inspiration about the rewarding career paths available within the trades. These firsthand accounts helped demonstrate the real-world possibilities and growth opportunities these professions offer.
