Ring Power Tactical Solutions was on hand for the 31st Annual Swat Round-up International in Orlando, Fla., Nov. 11-14th.
More than just a training event, the SWAT Round-Up was an opportunity for operators across the globe to come together as one and learn from each other. Law enforcement teams competed in numerous training events simulating real life scenarios. Other training events emphasized weapon expertise and physical fitness.
In addition to the many training opportunities available, Law enforcement personnel from around the world had the opportunity to meet and talk with Ring Power’s Tactical Solutions team and see The Rook Armored Critical Incident Vehicle in person. Attendees were impressed with The Rook’s versatility and other capabilities. Several even inquired about obtaining one for their agency.
About The Rook Armored Critical Incident Vehicle
The Rook Vehicle is custom designed and fabricated by Ring Power Corporation, the North and Central Florida Caterpillar® dealer. Utilizing the powerful Cat® 287C Multi-Terrain Loader with 84 gross HP engine, 13,000 lbs. operating weight, rugged wide rubber tracks, dual joystick controls, and enclosed cab with air conditioning/heat and operator comfort seat, custom installed bullet-proof glass, and NIJ Level IV armor cab reinforcement fabrication.
