The sale of the Industrial business of United Technologies to the private equity partnership between BC Partners and The Carlyle Group has been finalized. Sullair is now under the newly formed parent company, Neodyne Industries.
Although the parent company name has changed, Sullair has announced the current management team will remain in place to secure the continuity of all operations and continue to offer high-quality products and services.
Along with the new parent company name, the ownership of The Carlyle Group and BC Partners brings fresh momentum for Sullair to build on the highly engineered industrial solutions and services they already provide.
