Ring Power’s Major Component Rebuild Center in St. Augustine, Fla., recently became “Timken Bearing Certified.” This designation was awarded after a rigorous evaluation by a Timken engineer documented the quality of processes and equipment in place to properly store, remove, install and maintain bearings. Timken Bearing Certification is only awarded to shops that adhere to the highest standards in bearing service. The Timken Certification is a specialized requirement from certain Department of Defense agencies, NASA and manufacturers who must adhere to the most critical tolerances and quality processes.
