Job Well Done: Kudos to CRS Field Service Tech Chris Shannon

Yesterday marked the start of National Customer Service Week. This week we wanted to take the time to recognize just a few of our employees who go the extra mile to get the job done. Below is a letter we recently received from MacCurrach Golf Construction Inc., commending Cat Rental Store Field Service Technician Chris Shannon on a job well done.

 I’d like to compliment you on one of your employees, Chris Shannon, for the excellent service he has provided to us. He has helped me out of jams time and time again.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive from Ring Power, however Chris’s professionalism and ability to diagnose and repair our equipment quickly always exceeds my expectations.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Ring Power for years to come.

All service departments should strive to be as good as not only your [Pecan Park] shop, but also the St. Augustine, Orlando and Tampa service departments.
